    Apparently there is line by line correspondence between Sys-V and Linux..
    It was put there by IBM who developed an algorithm for the RCU section of the
    kernel. They patented the algorithm and then coded it for both Unix and Linux.
    IBM own the code - not SCO who have no title to it at all.

    The fact that some patent clerk gave a patent to SCO on something or other in
    relation to Unix matters nothing until/unless some claim stands up in court.
