CUPS admin web site errors

    Can anyone help me determine what might be the problem with this
    configuration? I can't seem to change any settings on the server or print to
    it using anything but the command line lpr (which works great on plain text
    jobs).

    I've been staring at this for a while yet and haven't found anything to help
    me here.

    google.com shows me that this happens with a lot of people out there (or has
    in the past) but I haven't found anything to show me a solution or even a
    potential cause.

    This is what I have installed.
