    I was able to just now, unsubscribe and subscribe... Without any
    problem.

    I believe you are the one that has a Problem.

    Send a message to the LIST admin about me and my messages describing the
    way to fix your issue.

    Also then ask him to remove you from the list.

    EVERY, e-mail you receive from Debian-User has instruction on howto
    unsubscribe and if you have trouble... contact
    listmaster@lists.debian.org

    And are you sure you are getting DU message and Not Swen or Gibe
    messages?
