Should I get a more recent gpg?

No, I don't have 'gpa'. I don't think I really want a GUI, I'm
comfortable using a term. Thanks, though.
I've found the generic gpg.rc and referenced it in my '.muttrc', but I'm
still having some difficulty. Mutt can't find my default key, despite my
defining it in the options file.
