I have downloaded Debian with the cd set. Everything looks good but I wasn't able to configure my cable broadband with the install. How can I set it up manually? Also the sound. Using Redhat or Suse it was done automatically. I was able to setup dialup but I would prefer using broadband. I have this setup with a dual boot, Windows 98 SE and Debian. I used bf24 when I put in Debian because of the i810 video, otherwise, my screen would not work, I'm using an LCD flat screen.
Any help would be appreciated!
