apache-1.3.26-0woody3 secure?

It seems debian is using apache 1.3.26 still, and it doesn't appear to
have been updated for quite some time. Is it secure/stable? What about
these fairly recent problems with apache since 1.3.29, that are listed
in the changelog for apache 1.3.x?
