    Try using dpkg -i
    --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6-sparc64_2.2.5-11.5_sparc.deb
    then dpkg --configure -a to get the packages left unconfigured when the
    error occurred. You may have to repeat if you get another error, if
    error free then continue your dist-upgrade.
