Is this an option of pstoedit? Did not find so in 3.31-2
But those characters look interesting, although there is little to fill
out on those pages.
I usually (always?) pick a form from here:
http://www.irs.gov/formspubs/lists/0,,id=97817,00.html
and those look OK.
