pppoe pppoe 3.3-1.2 CLAMPMSS parameter

Hi,
I need to know in which config file the parameter
CLAMPMSS for pppoe 3.3-1.2 should be included.
There's no /etc/ppp/pppoe.conf the package while
using woody.
