    Glad you fix/found the solution to your problem.

    Your last two posts were 20K and 23K of most, if not all, of this
    thread. In case you were not aware, most of the users on this list use
    threading mail clients. This means that all of the posts of this
    thread are already available to us. There is no need to include them
    in 'every' post you respond to. It is wasting bandwidth and many
    people have to pay to receive receive these, needlessly long, posts.
