"can't get fontset 'fixed'"

    When I try running fvwm2, I get the following error:

    [FVWM][GetFontSetOrFixed]: WARNING -- can't get fontset 'fixed', trying '-*-fixed-medium-r-normal-*-14-*-*-*-*-*-*-*'

    Where can I get this "fixed" font, and how do I make sure that
    programs can find it?

    Also, where in the documentation are these questions answered?
