    Is this card PCI? I don't even know if that exists...?
    Anyway, 'lsmod|grep -i agp' shows

    intel_agp 20060 1
    agpgart 34892 2 intel_agp

    for me. agpgart seems essential to me.

    My guess is that the change to the radeon driver alone is enough to make
    your setup work. Give it a try...
