    Is Woody really what you want, you might be better off going
    with Sarge. It is almost as stable, and has the benefit of
    detecting more modern hardware. You can pick various
    different install methods of Sarge.

    Just choose your system, most likely I386, as well as the
    type of install method you require. They even have a
    bittorent method available, those so inclined. I would
    suggest the net install cd method, that is if you have fast
    internet connection.

    I found this little tidbit under the jigdo section:
    Next, remove the ".tmp" extension from jigdo-lite's temporary file
    by renaming it, and pass both the remote URL and the local
    filename to rsync: rsync
    rsync://server.org/path/binary-i386-1.iso binary-i386-1.iso

    This should get you the required files, you need, but I
    would suggest if your still having problems, to use one of
    the other methods listed in the above url. This is a link to
