Sound problem with Sarge (2.6.7) on IBM IntelliStation

    Hi,
    I recently installed Sarge on my computer. Everything work fine but the
    sound.

    I have the following log in syslog:

    The "standard" beep work when I'm in a terminal window but I can't get
    playing any other sound under Gnome.

    Could anybody help me? I don't know what to do and where to search...
