    Hmmm, not what I wanted to hear really :(

    The Belkin Omnicube is not that old. OK, it's not perfect, I know, but
    buying a replacement is extreme.

    The problem seems to me to be that hotplug is still working on the
    mouse, when I thought I had disabled it. Or is that the Belkin Omnicube
    doing the resynching with the mouse?
