    Nowadays I'm trying to avoid fooling around inside configuration text
    files. GUIs should stay GUI, IMO.

    Actually I take it back: I realise I was thinking of firefox. When
    firefox downloads a file it allows you to choose "Save to disk" but not
    to choose *where* on the disk. Thunderbird does allow you to choose
    where the attachment goes, however, at least for me.
