Maybe ntp questions tend to spring up at changes from solar do daylight
savings :)
One thing I really do not understand:
Installed chrony on my laptop with an intermittent connection.
The servers are described with the offline parameter:
server pool.ntp.org offline minpoll 8
server pool.ntp.org offline minpoll 8
server pool.ntp.org offline minpoll 8
as from the Debian default config.
Does this mean that when I connect to my home ADSL or office LAN I must
remember to manually connect with chronyc and put the servers online ????
TIA,
Bob
