1. At boot there are several messages refering to loading or errors
loading modules and drivers. Are these boot messages logged somewhere?
I've checked /var/log/syslog and /var/log/dmesg, but none helped.The
reason I even bother is that there are some errors I wish to fix.
2. One of these is that usbcore is tried loaded 6-7 times, giving the
output: 'usbcore: already loaded'. This slows down the boot process
quite much. The problem started when I inserted a USB2.0 PCI card.
I've tried to google about this but found no hints. Are there someone
who has any solutions or hints to the first problem or the problem
concerning usbcore?
I have Debian Sarge with kernel 2.4.27-1-386
In advance, thanks. Best regards Vegard
