    Hi,

    I guess it's the second php dependency which is pulling
    libapache2-mod-php4, which in turn is pulling apache2, install the
    following:

    apt-get -s install apache php4-cgi squirrelmail

    and it should work as expected (apache-common depends on apache2-utils,
    that's OK).
