mplayer problen in debian

    Hi debian-users

    I have downloaded a debian package of *mplayer-6a* from the net. but during
    installing it says *dependency problem livxvidcore4 is not installed*
    generally debian comes with all required packages, even fmpeg,libavcodec etc
    are present but no livxvidcore4. could any one tell me why this package is
    required for mplayer ?
