I have just installed woody on a Dell 600M. I choose kdm as the
xserver manager during setup, however I only get a unix prompt for
login. At the end of the boot sequence it states that it is not
starting xdm,kdm,gdm... because it is not the default manager. How do
I activate KDE or Gnome for that matter? Basically, how do I get a
    graphical desktop environment to work?
