unfortunately the problem with /pen is back again but i do not think i have chaged anything in
     my
     system.
Now here are some useful output:

     ~:$ mount /pen/
mount: I could not determine the filesystem type, and none was specified

(after i insert the pen in the usb drive i read)
     :~# dmesg | tail

well it seems that now the system does use any more /dev/sda1 but /dev/sdb, but i did not
     changed
anything from last time i used /pen!!

     here is my fstab
     # /etc/fstab: static file system information.
     #
     # <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>

     /dev/sda1 /pen auto noauto,user,async,rw 0 0

the last line has been arranged accordingly to your suggestions of this thread.

     How can fix this problem?

     Thank you

    Roberto
