    A Brief Summary for the Archives:

    I wished to change the Language of both Debian and KDE to British or
    Canadian English. I ended up doing both: Debian in to Canadian English
    and KDE in to British English. This is how:

    For Debian:
    (as root)
    dpkg-reconfigure locales
    # enable the en_GB options

    For KDE:

    apt-get install kde-i18n-engb

    Much Appreciated to those who Assisted.
