    Concerning this last method: in a situation like this, even if you don't
    have access to bug reports, you can look at the file mentioned, at the
    line mentioned ("/var/lib/dpkg/info/base-config.postinst: line 59:
    syntax error near unexpected token `db_fset'"), and often typos will be
    evident, even to non-programmers (but of course, sometimes not). Fix the
    typo, save the file, and try your upgrade again.

    Do this one time, and two things will happen:

    1) You'll be very proud of yourself

    and

    2) You'll appreciate the Freedom aspect of Free Software and the
    text-based aspect of much of *nix, which allows you to fix your own
    problems instead of being dependent on some other entity.
