Does anybody have a simple script for two upstream connections?
I have ADSL as primary and wireless as backup. I don't need load
balance just an active/backup scenario (with automatic failover).
The DSL has dynamic IP via DHCP the wireless can use either static
IP or DHCP.
The intranet runs NAT. I am running the 2.4.27-2-686 kernel. I also
do some port forwarding. I think iproute is what I need but all the
examples I've seen are overly complicated for what we need.
Years ago I was pretty good with Cisco's. Would Zebra help for this?

So the wireless access point is going to use a fixed IP address in the same range as the SBS - 192.168.1.x, and that's going to be an IP that's excluded from your DHCP scope so DHCP doesn't hand it out to a different device. ... Re: WAP54Gs with WPA not handing out IPs from SBS2003 server ... I'll assume you're running Windoze XP Home using Wireless Zero Config... I can also be the inability of the WAP54G to pass broadcasts ... from the SBS2003 DHCP server.... Do you have enough IP addresses in the DHCP pool on the DHCP server?... (alt.internet.wireless)
