sa-exim configuration

    Hi,
     My SA-exim seem to run but does let spam through. From the headers it seem
    sa-exim simply does not scan mail:
     *X-SA-Exim-Connect-IP:* 80.108.137.150 <http://80.108.137.150>
    *X-SA-Exim-Mail-From:*
    setbackdispensatevainglorious@associados.net<https://www.izoard.com/mail/src/compose.php?send_to=setbackdispensatevainglorious%40associados.net>
    *X-SA-Exim-Scanned:* No (on localhost.localdomain); SAEximRunCond expanded
    to false
    Any suggestions why it doesn't scan it? According to instructions in the
    package it
    should run "out-of-the-box", as long as spamd is up, which it it. TIA,
