    I'm really quite impressed with:

    http://software.newsforge.com/article.pl?sid=05/02/09/1654232&from=rss

And, there is a debian package:

    http://adfinity.entercall.co.za/~iburger/quasar/sarge-i386/

    and a wiki here:

    http://telco-op.org/Quasar-wiki/index.php/IntroSourceHack

I can remember having a wee bit of difficulty getting it up and
running under Sarge, but not the details.

Since then (about 1 year), it has been rock solid and quite flexible.

    Hope this helps.
