This regards tech support request concerning mail
not
reaching it destination.
Your tier 2 technician, Alvan, was most helpful in
tracking down the problem. I was certain that the
issue was related to your mail server, but it turned
out to be a spam blocker program, spamassassin, at
the
recipient's server. However, a total solution
envolves some action on SBC Yahoo's part. I'm not at
all sure just what the listmaster is talking about;
perhaps you do and will be so kind to correct the
problem. I have subscribed to the pseudo-mailinglist

RFC-violation

It would be most helpful as I haven't the slightest
idea of what's going on. This problem never occurred
with my old ISP and their SMPT mail server.
I wish to commend Alvin for pinning this down for
me.
I had already received the attached email but it
ended
up in my bulk folder for unknown reasons and I
hadn't
gotten around to checking it.
Your attention to this issue is most appreciated. I
was seriously considering canceling your ISP service
until I found the cause and potential fixes. Hope to
see it resolved soon as I have lived with it for
over
a month. Thanks for your help.
