mysql connection errors

Hi guys,

Every couple of days I get this:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Host 'localhost' is
blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin
flush-hosts'
in /home/admispconfig/ispconfig/lib/classes/ispconfig_db_mysql.lib.php
on line 76

The box runs Debian Sarge, with ISPconfig and nothing else on it. It's
only a testing box, hasn't gone live yet, so there's hardly any activity
on it. I don't see any plaintext logs, the binary logs in phpmyadmin
show nothing unusual.

Ho can I prevent this from happening?
