RE: md array not starting?

No RAIDs defined in /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf. However, mdrun
searches for all RAIDs (IIRC by partition type = 0xfd) and
starts them.
Well, I haved DEVICE partitions in there. Should not that do a scan?
