It is difficult to tell without more details. Have you consideredthe
following my HOWTO? Coincidentally, I use a customization of PHP as

Im reading your howto now. 'sudo pbuilder create' command now
downloads packages (I think).
In php sources directory /debian are quite lot number of files. What
files I should configure before I create that configured package to
enable oci?
If you need more information about my system ask and I try to give it.
Im really don't know how much information and what information I should
give.
