SIOCGMIIPHY failed... HELP ME!!!

Hi all,
I have a laptop with Debian Etch and every second I have this messages in my syslog:

eth0 --> Broadcom BCM5751M --> tg3 module (from linux-source-2.6.15 package)
eth1 --> Intel Pro-Wireless 2915ABM --> ipw2200 module (from ipw2200.sourceforge.net)
irda0 --> Infrared --> irda module (from linux-source-2.6.15 package)
ifplugd version --> 0.28-2
Could you help me?
