apt-proxy

Hi.

I am using apt-proxy to provide a Debian mirror to my network.
This afternoon, I tried to install kde, by typeing "apt-get install kde" in
a client. It almost worked, but it stucked.
After searching among many log files, I found that
"libgadu3_1.7~rc2-1_i386.deb" and "ekg_1.7~rc2-1_i386.deb" were the problem..
The are part of "ekg".
This is what happen when I try to install "ekg" (some messages are in
Portuguese) :

# apt-get install ekg

É preciso fazer o download de 352kB/380kB de arquivos.
Depois de desempacotamento, 868kB adicionais de espaço em disco serão
usados.

I believe that the replacement of character "~" by "%7e" may have aroused
the problem, because I can find both files when accessing the ftp server by
Command Line Interface. Not only in ftp://ftp.pucpr.br/debian, but in
linux.csua.berkeley.edu also
Can someone helpme with this problem ?

Thanks!
