totem, vlc

Hello,
When I want to watch a movie on some DVD (original DVD) vlc and totem
show only the menu, totem stops and said : error: the source seems to be ciphered and can't be read. You need
libdvdcss.
But with etch: apt-cache search libdvdcss gives nothing.
Is it possible to make vlc or totem able to read this DVD ?

(I watch this movie with windows ;-))
