Strictly speaking, it's not all RC bugs. I forget, but I think the
target was when only 80-100 RC bugs remain affecting Etch.
It also matters where the bugs are. "Minor" packages that have RC bugs at
release time will be dropped. Right now the major holdup is the kernel.
I hope the sort out the kernel issues as I have two servers running Xen
and I fear what kernel problems will do to me since I run 4 domUs on
each.
