I don't think so. Try this:


mr@main:~$ apt-file search X11/IntrinsicP.h
libxt-dev: usr/include/X11/IntrinsicP.h
mr@main:~$ apt-file search X11/ShellP.h
libxt-dev: usr/include/X11/ShellP.h

So, you need package libxt-dev.
