libktable-dev and tktable-dev

Dear Debianists,

What is the difference between libtktable-dev in Ubuntu and tktable-dev in Debian? Are they pretty much the same package but with a name change or is their something more subtle going on here?

I can't seem to find libtktable-dev in the Debian package world.

Regards

Michael Fothergill
