What front end for GNU RCS do you recommend me? I found only Emacs (but
its not my editor of choice).
I recommend ... Emacs!
More seriously: why?

PS: An alternative to Emacs might be ... CVS (yup: it's usually pretty easy
to convert from RCS to CVS), or just any other revision control, tho the
conversion might be trickier.
