Well, not looks as fine. Here is sfdisk

There is only one problem now about new disc: impossible to write or
edit new disc when login as user, but it is OK when login as root. How
to change permissions, please?

P.S.The most interesting problem was to find that disk chmod'ed should be through /mnt/hdc1, not /dev/hdc1.
