make problem

same problem accours when i tried to make the firmware

Makefile has been modified by generate_compatible, please run `make' again

i think the main point is that system eroor happens when i try to use make
command cause of a makefile doesn't exits under
/lib/modules/2.6.22-3-amd64/source
how can i put back these file under this directory???
