Hi!
I have a ThinkPad R61i with
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile
GM965/GL960 Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 0c)
and when trying to enable acceleration it won't display any text
in kde, just the icons. No text in menus, no text in the kde menu
nor in konsole etc...
I must set Option "NoAccel" "true" in xorg.conf to "turn on" the
texts.
What could be the problem?
There is lots of line relative to fonts in your log. Try installing
xfonts-100dpi-transcoded, xfonts-75dpi-transcoded and xfonts-cyrillic
