Update of my Sid/Squeeze system included a new V of Icewm...which
doesn't like many of the themes I have installed.
That I can probably fix....but this has me puzzled....it's from
xsession errors

What on earth is "warning: latency: whatever number"
There is nothing in the docs about it.
