How would I resend the bug report?

copy and paste into an email and send it to the bug tracker. I think the
address is submit *at* bugs _dot_ debian /dot/ org. It should be well-
documented on the BTS web interface.

(You should also figure out what exactly was broken so reportbug can file bugs
on your behalf.)
