Solved, the file '/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base' forces the pc speaker (when loaded through the module snd-pcsp) to never be the primary card.
Just comment the last string:
# Keep snd-pcsp from beeing loaded as first soundcard
options snd-pcsp index=-2
and your pc speaker would now impress you with crystal clear voice and fx ^_^
