Just 2 additional notes.
By reading the man page, it seems that a proxy value has to be
defined as "url", so maybe it expects something in the form of
"http://host:port" :-?
Seems to be the same.
Can I specify a list of proxies?
And by defining "tracker_dump = /path/to/file" maybe you can get
further information about the problem.
