As both use by default "mbox" format, you should have no problem at all
(meaning that, as Umarzuki says, you can just drop the files from
Evolution into Icedove folder).
As last resort (or if you are using another mail storage format in
Evolution), you can setup an imap server/account on each e-mail client
and use it as the "glue" to move/copy the e-mails from Evolution to
Icedove.
