a mbox or maildir without exim and without running an MDA.
I didn't read the OP's message as indicating that one piece of software
needed to deliver to that place without invoking another. Indeed, "I want a Debian system" would seem to support using multiple bits (such as
getmail + a MDA such as Exim)
