Aptitude is not fetching updates.

I see
W: Failed to fetch
http://security.debian.org/dists/squeeze/updates/Release  Unable to find
expected entry  experimental/binary-amd64/Packages in Meta-index file
(malformed Release file?)

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.

have you tried:

apt-get clean
apt-get autoremove
apt-get update
