[experimental] Do not upgrade libpng12 today - (20 May 12)

Warning to those running sid / experimental.
I have filed a bug against libpng12-0. it causing a total failure of at
least kde on my sytem (AMD64 architecture). kde, kdm, iceweasel, etc
crashes. kdm did not even start, and I installed xdm + icewm thinking it
is a kde issue; but from within icewm, I tried running ideweasel, and
also konsole, and found these errors:-

found (required by /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQtGui.so.4)
[1]+ Exit 1

I am yet to get a bug number, but posting this in hope that others will
know why their kde crashed today. ;-D
