    I'm seeing the same thing. There are about 1000 entries in
    /var/log/messages that say the same thing.

    Help?

    Hello,

    Since today both on my server and on another server both upgraded to the

    new 2.4.22-1.2166.nptl kernel suddenly show the following errors in my
    logwatch:

     --------------------- Named Begin ------------------------

    **Unmatched Entries**
       internal_send: 244.254.254.254#53: Invalid argument: 3884 Time(s)
       socket.c:1111: unexpected error:: 3884 Time(s)

    Example from /var/log/messages:
    --------------------------------

    Feb 14 09:01:11 pandora named[696]: socket.c:1111: unexpected error:
    Feb 14 09:01:11 pandora named[696]: internal_send: 244.254.254.254#53:
    Invalid argument

    <-- snip -->

    Feb 14 09:03:07 pandora named[696]: socket.c:1111: unexpected error:
    Feb 14 09:03:07 pandora named[696]: internal_send: 244.254.254.254#53:
    Invalid argument

    Any ideas? Is it releated to the new kernel or something else???

    Thanks,

    Jan
